World-Wide Application of Technology and Experience



The experience of C3 spans 6 continents, 40+ countries, all 50 states. All environmental and geographic regions tropical to arctic, desert to littoral, mountainous, to sub-surface. Service includes three combat zones, multiple hostile fire zones for over four years total in high risk overseas environments.


Experience in counter insurgency, counter narco-terrorists, counter terrorist operations, low intensity conflict through high intensity conflict experience and lessons learned.


Experience in all infiltration methodologies: Air/Sea/Land (HALO/HAHO/SCUBA/Vehicle Mobility, Low Visibility, Foot, Animal borne, among other areas).

Rapid Deployment and Response



C3 has 22 years of active military service with worldwide rapid deployment responsibility including pre-deployment, deployment, employment and re-deployment measured in hours and days (extending to months for re-deployment).


We understand high risk, and have lived it. We continue to collaborate with those first responders for worldwide short response activity.


In high risk and challenging environments the success rate is rarely 100%, we recognize that some failures in development are to be expected, in order to learn and adapt for improvement and further optimization.

We provide clear, concise and consistent advisement on challenging problems facing our Nation and its first responders up through all levels of leadership.


C3 has a history of successful advisement to military general officers to the 4 star level and to service secretaries on urgent needs.


We have equal levels in strategic communications advisement and message management for highest levels of OGA support and to congressional levels with less than 24 hours notification for prep to delivery.


This advisement is offered to industry, academia, laboratories or government entities for the purposes of enhancing capabilities, informing decisions, aiding in the generation of requirements or finding material and non-material solutions that will increase effectiveness and efficiencies of individuals and teams.
